Our History
Thunder & Neon (Pvt.) Ltd
is an excellence driven Sri
Lankan conglomerate which was founded in 1991 as
“Country Signs” primarily aiming on designing,
fabricating and installing high quality acrylic,
stainless steel, painted, fiberglass, brass and metal
signage for local cliental. A Neon plant equipped with
high-tech machineries imported from U.S.A. was
set up in 1993 in a rented building at
Moratuwa, in order to absorb the enormous potential
and to cater the ever rising demand of the market.
Having recognized the potential for sustainable
development, in 1995 operations were shifted to a
new office at Nugegoda. Subsequently, with the
centralization of business undertakings, all operations
were shifted in 1998 to a new office at
Boralesgamuwa with contemporary technology and
state-of-the-art facilities including a warehouse, show
room and a factory.
Since then the
company had never flashback and diversified its
businesses while being firmly established as the market
leader in the signage industry over two decades of
years.

Ltd was its dedication towards meeting high quality
standards, constant innovation on the new signage,
aggressive marketing, high focus on research and
development and exploitation of high-tech expertise
for the 1st time in Sri Lanka. The Human Capital
