CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

In order to extend our efforts for the wellbeing of the society, the Management has formed and registered an NGO at the Department of Social Services – Sri Lanka, known as “Hands for Care” in 2010.
 

Projects

	The Company has selected the Cancer Hospital – Maharagama for its first CSR Project and distributed Dairy Products to the Children’s Ward.
	Wheel Chairs and Clutches were distributed to the wounded soldiers at Army Hospital at the Panagoda Camp, as the 2nd CSR Project.
	In addition, spectacles were distributed among the Senior Citizens who are living in rural and urban parts of Sri Lanka such as Hambantota, Welikanda, Polgasovita and Dehiwala. (the 3rd CSR Project)
	Furthermore, to encourage our cultural legacy in Sri Lanka, financial assistance was granted to the “Bellanvila Rajamaha Viharaya”, each year for the “Asala Maha Perahara”.
